"Roma" striker Edin Dzeko has faced not just one world-class defender throughout his career - the Bosnian has competed in both the English, German, and Italian leagues.
However, E. Dzeko chose someone from outside the country where he played as his toughest opponent. According to the player, Sergio Ramos is the defender with whom fighting on the field is the toughest.
"If I have to say one, then I immediately think of Sergio Ramos. I have played against him many times - while being at 'Man City' and 'Roma' clubs or representing my country.
He is undoubtedly the best defender I have ever met on the field," briefly shared E. Dzeko.
Already on Tuesday, E. Dzeko will have another chance to face S. Ramos - Real Madrid team will travel to Rome to fight for the top spot in the Champions League group stage.
