During Wednesday evening's "Serie A" clash, Milan's "Inter" defeated Napoli's footballers at home with a score of 1:0.
The hosts created slightly more dangerous attacks during the match than their opponents, and they managed to capitalize on one of them in the 56th minute. After Federico Dimarco's high pass, Edin Džeko headed the ball into the goal.
Even after conceding a goal, Napoli did not pose many problems for the "Inter" team and had to admit defeat.
The result of these matches means that "Napoli" still ranks first in the league table, but they are now five points behind "AC Milan" in second place. Meanwhile, "Inter" solidify their position in fourth place, leading closest competitors "Lazio" and "Roma" by three points.
