E. Haaland: "Solskjaer made a significant contribution to my improvement"

This season, Erling Haaland, who shined in "Salzburg", attracted the attention of the biggest European clubs and decided to continue his career in the ranks of Dortmund's "Borussia".

For a long time, it was announced that the 19-year-old Norwegian could end up in "Manchester United", coached by his compatriot Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with whom E. Haaland had already worked when he defended the honor of the "Molde" team.

However, as announced, the "Red Devils" did not agree with the footballer's and his agent's demands, so the young talent turned to Dortmund, where he continues to shine brightly.

E. Haaland himself, speaking to the Norwegian TV channel "Viasport", stated that O. G. Solskjaer had contributed significantly to his improvement, but denied the rumors that he moved to Germany for better financial conditions.

"Solskjaer has contributed significantly to my improvement. However, we decided that at this moment the best conditions for me can be provided by 'Borussia'.

I made the decision not for money, and people who write about it should talk to me personally. I try not to pay too much attention to such rumors.

All the people around me know that money is not the most important thing for me, so all those talks seem a bit funny," Haaland said.

The new BVB striker also did not spare kind words for his agent Mino Raiola, who is particularly disliked among football fans.

"Raiola does his job best in the whole world. He is simply the best football agent.

Mino receives a lot of criticism. It's probably because he does amazing work with those he works with," added the Norwegian.

In the ranks of BVB, E. Haaland has already played 5 games, during which he scored 8 goals.
