Erling Haaland is soon set to sign a record-breaking contract with Manchester City.

According to journalist David Ornstein, the forward will tie his future with the Citizens for another 9.5 years.

In 2034, E. Haaland will be 34 years old.

The agreement between both parties has already been finalized, and the forward will earn the highest salary in the club's history.

This will also be one of the largest contracts in football history.

The buyout clause will take effect only from 2029, but the exact amount has not yet been disclosed.

Erling Haaland has been playing for Manchester City since the summer of 2022 and has scored 111 goals in 126 matches.
