Erling Haaland felt like he was in a real derby on Sunday evening at the Etihad Stadium – emotions were running high.
After John Stones' equalizing goal in the match between Man City and Arsenal, E. Haaland grabbed the ball from the net and threw it straight at the opposing defender Gabriel Magalhaes.
When the ball was back in play after the goal, the Norwegian Viking charged at Arsenal's holding midfielder Thomas Partey with full force.
The referees paid little attention to this, so nothing came of it.
When the decisive whistle blew, E. Haaland began to engage more seriously with Arsenal players. He exchanged words with Gabriel Jesus and asked Arsenal academy talent Myles Lewis-Skelly, "Who the hell are you?”
