London's "Chelsea" defender Eden Hazard admits that he will never become a footballer like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, who play for "Barcelona" and Madrid "Real", respectively.
Last season, the Belgian, who was named the best player in the Premier League, led his team to the championship title, which was enough to spark talk of becoming the most powerful in the world.
The 24-year-old footballer, who scored 19 goals in the 2014-15 season, was praised not only by his teammates, but the Belgian himself does not believe he can become as productive as the mentioned striker duo.
"I often ask myself what I can do to become like Messi and Ronaldo and score 50 or 60 goals in a season," Hazard told Sport/Foot Magazine.
"Of course, I try, but I realize that I will never be a true sniper. This is not for me. The main reason is internal: for example, when the score is 2-0, you need to think that it's not enough yet. However, even after a precise shot, I sometimes think that there are enough goals."
"I am not trying to break records like some other players. If I can score between 15 and 20 goals every season, I will be very happy."
"I am at the peak of my career, but I want to become better every day. I have not achieved everything I can yet."
Indeed, Hazard, like London's "Chelsea", started the new season unsuccessfully. It is the Belgian who is named as one of the main reasons why the "aristocrats" have only managed to earn four points after four games.
