"Bournemouth" coach Eddie Howe believes that Jack Wilshere's decision to move to his managed club on a loan basis will help revive his career.
The young team coach was one of the factors why the Englishman decided to move to Bournemouth, although he had offers from Italy as well.
In recent years, the 24-year-old footballer's career has been marred by injuries, but now it seems that he will finally overcome his health problems this season.
"In my opinion, he made a very brave decision," said Howe.
"He arrived at a smaller club where not all the advantages are present, so he won't be fully pampered."
"It's a bit old-fashioned, because compared to other "Premier League" clubs, it's a step back for him, but I think he deserves praise."
"I believe that our environment can have a positive impact on him, because the players work incredibly hard, they give everything for improvement. I think it's a healthy environment and that's why he finally decided to come here."
Wilshere started his second "Premier League" match of the season in the starting lineup for "Everton" against Liverpool over the weekend.
