Coach Edgaras Jankauskas, who revived the Lithuanian national team, will have plenty of time to implement all his ideas.

As reported by "15min" journalist Marius Bagdonas, the LFF decided to extend the contract with the 48-year-old specialist.

The new agreement will be valid until the end of 2026.

Officially, this news should be announced in December.

E. Jankauskas managed to end the Lithuanian national team's streak of unsuccessful matches when a victory was achieved against Bulgaria after a two-year break.
