E. Maresca: 'B. Chilwell should be with us again'

The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Enzo Maresca, spoke about Ben Chilwell's situation and the injury situations of other players:

"Reece James is not yet ready and needs more time to recover.

Malo Gusto is also injured for the upcoming matches.

Romeo Lavia is close to returning, I hope he will be ready for the next match... He is feeling better, but still not ready.”

"We will talk with Ben Chilwell and seek a solution. He will most likely be back with us.

Currently, he is not training with the main team. The Englishman has been training separately because his plan was to leave our team.”

Ben Chilwell's contract with Chelsea is valid until 2027.
