New faces of "Manchester United" club Ralf Rangnick and Erik ten Hag are trying to assemble a strong lineup not only inside, but also beyond its borders. Journalist Florian Plettenberg reports that Rangnick and E. ten Hag are aiming to bring in experienced specialist Paul Mitchell to the club. P. Mitchell would take on the position of sporting director at the club. However, other "Manchester United" leaders are reportedly against this idea, F. Plettenberg announces. P. Mitchell has previously successfully worked at "Southampton", "Tottenham" and "RB Leipzig" clubs. Currently, the 40-year-old Englishman is working with the "AS Monaco" team. This sporting director has significantly contributed to such acquisitions as bringing Sadio Mane to "Southampton", Dele Alli, Son Heung-Min and Kieran Trippier to "Tottenham", Christopher Nkunku to "RB Leipzig" and more. "Southampton" experienced its golden age with P. Mitchell, while at Leipzig club the specialist bought not only one promising young player, as mentioned - C. Nkunku.
