Yesterday, "Manchester United" achieved their fourth victory in the Europa League (3:0 against "Sheriff"), and a lot of attention in the English press was drawn to Antony's trick during the game.
The promising Brazilian started spinning the ball around his axis with the score at 0:0 before performing an inaccurate pass.
Especially critical was the well-known football coach Ian Holloway.
"I can't even imagine what he was thinking. It's disrespectful, foolish, and immature. I think even the team's coach might not like it," said the 59-year-old Englishman about Antony's trick.
"Grow up a bit..." 😳

Meanwhile, Erik ten Hag defended his protege: "I have no problems with it as long as it works.
"You can deceive opponents like that, that's football. Especially when you're in the theatre of dreams, you have to entertain. Until it affects the result, I have no issues with it.
"I've seen those tricks before. Deceiving opponents with such a trick is good, but at the same time, you must not provoke the opponent," said the "Man Utd" coach.
