After a great start in the UEFA Champions League, Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde urges his players to maintain the same form in the La Liga championship.
Having crushed Turin's Juventus 3-0, the Catalans have already secured four consecutive victories and tomorrow they face a trip to Madrid to play against Getafe.
Later in the middle of next week, Barca will face Eibar and over the weekend will try to defeat Girona footballers.
"Some matches may seem more attractive than others, but in this case - speaking for all players - this is an important week," said Valverde.
"The fate of nine points will be decided. When playing matches like these, away from home and knowing that the opponent has extra motivation to fight for three points, you cannot look back. You must move forward."
"Football can change very quickly. We must maintain the form we are in at the moment, at least for the next few days."
This week, Barcelona's main competitor, Real Madrid, will play away against Real Sociedad, who have achieved three straight victories so far.
