he goalkeeper of the Dutch national team and of the club, Edwin Van Der Sar, will represent another team next season. The exact amount of the upcoming transfer is not disclosed.

The 34-year-old goalkeeper has agreed to sign a two-year contract and will arrive in Manchester on July 1. This transfer is not unexpected, as "Man Utd" tried to attract the reliable Dutch goalkeeper to one of the most famous English teams back in January.

"Man Utd" has been facing serious problems with unreliable goalkeepers for several seasons. At the end of May, the club's managers and coaches decided to seriously look for ways to strengthen the weakest link of the team. It is said that the decision to sign a new player was influenced by the legendary "Man Utd" goalkeeper from Denmark, Peter Shmeichel.

E. Van Der Sar started his career in the team of his native country. Later, his goalkeeper career took him to Italy, where he represented a club. In 2001, "Senoji senjora" sold the Dutchman to "Fulham" for 5 million pounds.

Interestingly, the goalkeeper, who is 197 centimeters tall, defended the honor of the Dutch national team 95 times.
