For decades, the collaboration between the computer game development company "EA Sports" and FIFA is coming to an end. It has been officially announced that the upcoming football simulator released by "EA Sports" this autumn will bear the FIFA name for the last time. However, the company will continue to release the game, but from 2023 it will be called "EA Sports FC". Furthermore, "EA Sports" will still maintain the majority of licenses, including tournaments organized by UEFA or the "Premier" league. FIFA also does not intend to sit back and announces that they will soon release a new series of computer games under the FIFA name.
