On Friday, the first match of the season in the "Ligue 1" championship took place in the second round, where the "Lyon" club played. After an early goal, Rudi Garcia's players, managed to turn things around and convincingly defeated the "Dijon" club, which had experienced its second defeat. The opponents took the lead in the 14th minute, but soon the Dutchman Memphis Depay spoke up. In the first half, he scored two goals, and another was added by the "Dijon" defender in their own goal. In the 66th minute, M. Depay finished his performance with a "hat-trick" by scoring from the penalty spot. It is worth mentioning that "Lyon" had missed the first round due to their participation in the UEFA Champions League that week.
