Erling Braut Haaland continues his impressive 2019-20 season journey. The striker, who joined Dortmund's "Borussia" team during the winter transfer window, brought the team closer to the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.
On Tuesday evening, the Norwegian's brace against Paris Saint-Germain sealed a 2-1 victory for the "yellow and black". E. B. Haaland became the fastest player to reach the milestone of 10 goals in the history of the UEFA Champions League.
Having scored 39 goals in 28 games this season, the Norwegian claims that he still has room for improvement.
"I'm happy to have been selected as the match MVP, but I feel that I can do even better," the striker said after the game. "On this level, you have to play even better, so I have to work hard to improve."
Talking about the result, E. B. Haaland admitted that the battle to reach the quarterfinals is far from over: "The result is quite dangerous. PSG is a great team and has great chances to make a comeback at home."
