EC Screening - stunning English and French victories and Portuguese draw

On Monday, seven more matches of the second round of the European Championship group stage were played.

In the Lithuanian group, Portugal faced off against Serbia. Cristiano Ronaldo, due to injury, missed out on the European champion's win again in his group - a draw of 1:1.

In the 7th minute, Dusan Tadic scored from 11 meters and put the Serbs ahead, but in the 42nd minute Danilo equalized with a great shot. In the second half, the Portuguese dominated and had several good opportunities to extend their lead.

Close to a sensation in the other matches was Luxembourg, who was just moments away from finishing the second round in the first position. In their first match against Portugal, the Ukrainians separated with a draw, but in the final minute of the match, they extended their victory against Luxembourg.

Lithuania remains last in their group with one loss, while the Ukrainians now rank first.

In the other matches, France also achieved a convincing victory at home against Iceland. Umtiti, Giroud, Mbappe, and Griezmann scored for the French team.

Also celebrating a convincing victory was England, who beat Montenegro 5:1. M. Keane, Sterling, H. Kane, and Barkley scored for the English side.

The remaining matches ended with victories for Turkey and Albania, while Kosovo and Bulgaria ended in a draw.
