EC selection: Germans crushed Estonians, French defeated Andorrans

On Tuesday, the fourth stage of the 2020 European Championship qualifying round concluded in the group stage.

The Estonian footballers did not receive any mercy in Mainz, as they lost to the German national team by a crushing margin of 0:8.

Already after the first half, the Germans had a five-goal advantage. Marco Reus scored two goals, and Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka, and Ilkay Gundogan each added one.

In the second half, the Germans slowed down their offensive machine a bit, but there were still goals - scored by S. Gnabry, Timo Werner, and Leroy Sane.

The Estonians are in last place in their group with a negative goal difference of 11.

After a defeat over the weekend, the French celebrated an easy victory. Didier Deschamps' team defeated Andorra by a score of 4:0.

The scorers for the winners were Kylian Mbappe, Wissam Ben Yedder, Florian Thauvin, and Kurt Zouma.

Also, at the end of the match, Italy beat Bosnia, Belgium easily defeated Scotland, and Russia overcame the Cypriots.
