Ederson: "Ancelotti appointed as the new Brazil national team manager © AFP

“Manchester City” goalkeeper Ederson recently mentioned in a recent interview about the possibility of Madrid's “Real” coach Carlo Ancelotti taking over the Brazilian national team.

“I talked to Casemiro, Vinicius, and Militão... there is a high chance that Carlo Ancelotti will become the new Brazil coach,”

“We will try to eliminate Madrid's “Real” from the Champions League so that Ancelotti can come to Brazil as soon as possible,” he added with a smile.

Ederson said that he and his team mates in Brazil see Ancelotti as an exceptional coach.

“Just look at his CV. Soon we will find out whether he will be here or not,” Ederson said. “I hope we will have a new coach soon. At the moment, everyone is feeling excited about the speculations. Whether it's a Brazilian or a foreign coach? We are also going through that phase of anxiety.”
