In the 67th minute, Egypt took the lead after Mohamed Salah's goal, but it didn't last long - just five minutes later, Burkina Faso's Aristide Bance equalized. The penalty shootout started successfully for Burkina Faso - Egypt missed their first shot, but Burkina Faso converted their last two penalties, sending Egypt to the final.
