Belgian national team and London "Chelsea" club defender Eden Hazard claims that his compatriot Kevin De Bruyne had enough quality to represent the "Blues" team.

K. De Bruyne proved in Germany that Jose Mourinho probably made the wrong decision. This season, the defender scored 14 goals and made 24 assists in 38 games, and the Belgian does not hide his interest from elite European clubs.
