On Thursday, the second leg matches of the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals were played. Unexpectedly, "Barcelona" ended their tournament appearance by losing 2:3 at home to Frankfurt's "Eintracht". The first leg between the two teams ended in a 1:1 draw. The guests took the lead in the 4th minute with a goal from Filip Kostić, and in the 36th minute, "Eintracht" doubled their advantage with a goal from Rafael Borre. In the 67th minute, F. Kostić scored his second goal and the German club led 3:0. In added time, Sergio Busquets and Memphis Depay scored to reduce Barcelona's deficit, but they couldn't save the team.
