After the second leg matches on Wednesday, the participants of the Lithuanian Football Federation Cup tournament final were revealed.
Fighting for the trophy are the defending champions Panevėžys "Ekranas", who defeated Vilnius REO 2-0 at home. Both goals for the winners were scored by experienced forward Andrius Velička.
Valdas Urbonas' team now faces a challenge from Vilnius "Žalgiris", as the capital's team lost the second leg match 1-2 to Marijampolės "Sūduva", but Darijo Petrovič's coached players managed to secure a victory at home 1-0 and a goal away.
In this match, the debutant for "Žalgiris" was long-time Lithuanian national team defender Andrius Skerla.
