On Saturday, two matches of the IV round were played in the Lithuanian championship.
In the third victory, defending champion Panevėžio "Ekranas" triumphed, defeating "Šiauliai" 1-0 away for the second time in a row. The only goal, scored almost half an hour into the game, was netted by the legionnaire from the Ivory Coast, Adama Fofana.
In another match, Vilnius REO suffered a 0-1 loss at home to Tauragės "Tauras". The winning strike was made by Alessandro Mascia at the end of the second half.
