20' [0 - 1] Vitalijus Kavaliauskas
30' [0 - 2] Sergiy Pogreban
42' Vytautas Lukša ("Vilnius") sent off the field
"Ekranas" starting lineup: Stefanovič; Paulauskas, Gleveckas, L.Klimavičius, Skroblas; Bička, Savėnas, Tomkevičius, Pogreban; Kavaliauskas, Lukšys
"Vilnius" starting lineup: Valius; Radavičius, Erasmo, Artiomovas, Freidgeimas; Paulinho, Andreson, Lukša, Everton; Muller, Kleyr
The first threat to the opponents' goal came from the "Vilnius" players, but in the 20th minute "Ekranas" broke through. Panevezys forward Vitalijus Kavaliauskas took the ball from the capital team players, entered the penalty area, and with a precise shot, managed to beat goalkeeper Liudvikas Valius without much resistance.
The defense of "Vilnius" was not very reliable and after ten minutes played, they once again allowed the guests from Panevezys to double their lead. From about 12 meters, "Ekranas" legionnaire from Moldova, Sergiy Pogreban, scored with a shot.
Although the match was friendly, there was a rough battle on the field and at the end of the half, the nerves of the hosts' defender Vytautas Lukša could not hold - the "Vilnius" player was sent off the field for unsportsmanlike behavior.
However, due to the nature of the match, "Vilnius" could later send on the 11th player to the field, but without team captain Aivaras Laurišo, the performance of the capital club stalled and they struggled to threaten the "Ekranas" goal seriously.
In the second half, both teams' coaches made a lot of changes, which further disrupted the game. The result remained unchanged until the end of the match and "Ekranas", finishing their preparation for the match against Tallinn's "TVMK", which will take place at the same "Sportimos" arena on Tuesday, secured a victory with a score of 2-0.
