Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi gave an interview confirming that he is interested in returning to Italy.
Since 2012, the 29-year-old player has been defending the colors of PSG, but he played in Italy for several years. From 2004 to 2005, the Argentine played for Genoa, but later moved to his homeland club San Lorenzo.
However, in 2007, E. Lavezzi returned to Italy and started wearing Napoli's jersey. The attacking player quickly became an important part of the team and, according to Lavezzi himself, he would like to once again wear the Napoli city team's jersey.
"My partnership with Gonzalo Higuain? Why not? I miss Italy," the PSG forward told a journalist from Sky Italia.
"If I were to return to Italy, there is no doubt that Napoli would be my first choice. However, I need to wait until the end of the season, as I am still a PSG player," added Lavezzi.
This season, the Argentine played 23 matches and scored four goals for the French champions.
