In the "Panevėžys" football club, we will once again see a familiar attacking player - Brazilian Elivelto. The club and the footballer have reached an agreement that will be in effect for the upcoming season.

Elivelto first represented "Panevėžys" from the middle of the 2020 season until the end of 2022. With the team from the capital of Aukštaitija, the Brazilian fought for bronze medals in the Lithuanian championship and celebrated victories in the LFF Cup and LFF Supercup.

In 2023, the Brazilian began his year with Karditsa's "Anagennisi" and spent about half a year in another second-tier Greek league club - defending the colors of "Kalamata." Elivelto became a professional with his hometown Petroplois' "Imperial" team and was also loaned to Cabo Frio's "Cabofriense."

His career in Europe started in 2014 with the then Panevėžys "Ekranas," and after a good season in Lithuania, he moved on to achieve trophies with Vilnius "Žalgiris." Before his first arrival in Panevėžys, the defender also played for Petah Tikva's "Maccabi" and Riga's RFS teams, later playing in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan - with "Taraz" and Djizak's "Sogdiana."

"I am the same person and player. I am always hungry to play football, I love this game. Football has been my passion since I was 10 years old."

"I want to have a great year, as always; I will try to play my best football. I want to help the "Panevėžys" team achieve its set goals," the Brazilian, who will play in Lithuania for the third time, told the website fk-panevezys.lt.

Under the guidance of new coach Rolandas Vrabecas, "Panevėžys" will gather for its first training session on January 6.
