Emotionally charged Spain manages to snag the top spot in the group (VIDEO)

World Cup B group played the last round of matches. Having already buried all hopes of reaching the knockout stages, the Moroccan team fought against the Spaniards.

F.Hierro´s pupils drew 2:2 with the Africans and finished first in the group - it decided the equal score of the Portuguese against Iran.

Emotions bubbled from the very beginning of the encounter, when one of the initiators of the conflict was defender Sergio Ramos. A minute later, Gerard Pique also joined in the disputes.

The first goal fell in the 14th minute, when Khalid Boutaibi took advantage of the opponent's mistake and put Morocco ahead - 1:0.

Four minutes later the Europeans equalized - after A. Iniesta´s pass, Isco scored (1:1).

The Africans played emotionally, wasted several opportunities, and earned four yellow cards. At the end of the half, D. Costa almost hit the target.

In the 48th min, G. Pique played with his hand in the penalty area, but the referee did not award a penalty kick. In the 55th min, after a Moroccan shot, the ball hit the crossbar.

In the 81st min, the Moroccan team achieved their goal - Y. En-Nesyri scored after a corner kick. At the very end of the match, I. Aspas managed to equalize the score, but it was flagged offside. However, with the help of VAR, the goal was awarded - 2:2.
