On Thursday, the first matches of the UEFA Europa League round of sixteen were played.
In a surprising victory in Belarus, the BATE team defeated London's "Arsenal" with a score of 1:0.
In the first half, the "Gunners" were more active, but failed to score a goal. At the end of the first half, S. Dragunas took advantage of his opportunity and scored a header goal to put BATE in the lead. As it later turned out, this goal was the winning one.
In the second half, "Arsenal" tried to come back, but their efforts were in vain, and towards the end of the match, A. Lacazette received a red card.

The "Blues" took the lead in the 30th minute with a goal from R. Barkley. O. Giroud doubled the advantage in the 58th minute. Towards the end of the match, "Malmo" scored a goal as well, with A. Christiansen.
