Harry Kane and Harry Winks joined their injured team mate Dele Alli and refused the opportunity to represent the England national team. During the break, the latter played friendly matches against Germany and Brazil.
Instead of representatives from London's "Tottenham", so far the call to the national team was answered by "West Bromwich" defender Jake Livermore.
