On Friday evening, the first two matches of the 19th round of the Spanish "La Liga" championship were played.
An intriguing clash took place in Andalusia, where the local team "Sevilla" hosted guests from the Basque Country - Bilbao "Athletic" footballers. The Basques who scored an early goal had to settle for a draw.
In the 15th minute, "Athletic" took the lead after Ander Capa's goal, but in the 60th minute, the score became level when the visitors' defender Unai Nunez directed the ball into his own goal.
"Sevilla" remains in third place with 35 points. "Athletic", playing a draw for the third time, is content with seventh place.
The other match between the teams of "Real Valladolid" and "Leganes" also ended in a draw - 2:2.
