Although the football world is currently experiencing stagnation, clubs are already making plans for the next season.
ESPN reports that Paris Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier has agreed to move to Borussia Dortmund this summer.
The 28-year-old Belgian's contract with the French champions will expire after this season and, as reported, both parties have not agreed on its extension, although the player himself preferred his current team.
The same sources report that the defender will sign a four-year contract with the German team.
T. Meunier has been playing for PSG since 2016 and has played a total of 128 matches, scoring 13 goals and providing 21 assists.
