On Saturday, the EURO 2024 quarter-final match did not go well for the Italians defending the 2020 title.

Luciano Spalletti's pupils once again failed to find their footing on the field and lost 0:2 to Switzerland.

The danger signal for the champions rang in the first half of the match, during which Switzerland made more shots on goal, and ultimately in the 37th minute R. Freuler, after a great pass from a teammate, beat G. Donnarumma.
