On Sunday during lunchtime in Germany, the draw for the 2024 European Championship qualifiers took place. 53 teams were divided into 10 qualifying groups.

In Lithuania's group - three Balkan countries: Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Serbia. Also in the group is the well-performed Hungarian national team in the Nations League.

The Lithuanian national team ended up in one of the groups with only 5 teams. There are 7 such groups. During the draw ceremony, it was very close for Reinhold Breu's pupils to end up in one of the last three groups, but they ended up in Group G.

During the qualifiers, we will also see interesting matches such as Netherlands - France and Italy - England, while Spain will face Norway led by Erling Haaland.
