On Monday, the last two matches of the 31st round of the English Premier League were played. This was already the fourth consecutive Premier League match for the Toffees when they were left without a victory.
The "West Bromwich Albion" team is trying to make a push in the fight for survival in the league, as they defeated "Southampton" 3:0 at home. Matheus Pereira broke the ice in the 32nd minute of the match, and just three minutes later Matt Phillips scored. Callum Robinson added a goal in the 69th minute of the match. WBA is still eight points behind the "Newcastle" team in 17th place.
