Steve Walsh will no longer work at Leicester City, where he was responsible for finding new players, and will become the Director of Sport at Liverpool's Everton.
The 51-year-old specialist accepted the offer from the Toffees, as the club announced on Twitter.
"I am very proud to become the Director of Sport of such a fantastic historic club," Walsh said.
"Together with the new coach and main shareholder, everything at Everton seems like a new era. It is precisely this potential that intrigues me the most."
It is worth mentioning that it was Walsh's work that brought Riyad Mahrez and N'Golo Kante into the spotlight at the Foxes this season. The latter has already moved to Chelsea in London, while the winger is also being pursued by some of the most powerful European teams.
