"Everton" club is very disappointed to see the "Premier" league clubs trying to create a new Super League," - the announcement begins on the club's website. "These clubs have decided to only care about their own interests. These clubs want to damage the reputation of our league and the entire football. These clubs have chosen to disrespect others, with whom they have been sitting at the same table all this time. Instead, these clubs have decided to act in secret and destroy the football pyramid, which served them well for many years. "Everton" club is glad that there is room for all clubs in this pyramid. These clubs themselves have decided that they are exceptional and have thus put sports, which we love, at risk. The negative reaction to such a decision is completely understandable. Such arrogance cannot be tolerated. On behalf of all people associated with our club, we ask that the plans of the Super League and those secret meetings, which put football in an unenviable position, be canceled as soon as possible. We ask the leaders of these clubs to understand what honor and privilege they have in such a position. They represent not only their clubs, but also the entire football and must realize the responsibility they bear," - stated in the announcement of "Everton."
