The portal "Goal" reports that "Chelsea" is expecting to receive at least 30 million pounds for the Frenchman.
However, the situation for the "Everton" team could be complicated by the fact that the "aristocrats" will not be able to acquire players through the next two transfer windows.
Last season, K. Zouma played 36 matches for the "toffees" and scored two goals.
