Another well-known footballer has joined the MLS (Major League Soccer) competition. It was officially announced that Toronto FC has added former Juventus and Fiorentina forward Federico Bernardeschi to the team. In 2017, the Italian joined the "old lady" but failed to meet expectations, and consequently left the team as a free agent this year. F. Bernardeschi also attracted interest from other Italian clubs and Atletico, but ultimately chose the club where he will earn the highest salary.
