London's "Arsenal" coach Arsene Wenger confirmed that Francis Coquelin and Chuba Akpom have extended their contracts with the club.
The 19-year-old forward Akpom broke into the first team this season and played five matches in the "gunner" ranks.
Meanwhile, Coquelin returned from loan at "Charlton Athletic" in November and has since impressed fans with his performance.
Wenger, who also acquired Gabriel Paulista and Krystian Bielik in the winter, is pleased to have retained the aforementioned players and made some good deals during the transfer window.
"I am very happy with the business [done in January]," said the Frenchman.
"Furthermore, we have achieved our goals of extending Akpom and Coquelin's contracts."
This Saturday, "Arsenal" will play away in the North London derby against "Tottenham".
