F. Inzaghi: "Milan" lost its uniqueness

„Milan“ coach Filippo Inzaghi says he is not afraid to lose his job, but admits that the „rossoneri“ are no longer the exceptional team they used to be.

The „Fashion Capital“ team has only won one game in their last seven matches in all competitions, and last week in the „Serie A“ championship they played a 1-1 draw with „Empoli“.

It is not surprising that the coach's seat started to wobble, but he still remains positive and believes that things will eventually turn in the right direction.

„To save the season, we need to start playing again like „Milan“,– said Inzaghi.

„At this moment, we need to rediscover our identity, trust, and enthusiasm.“

„Every day I feel the support of the club's president (Silvio Berlusconi – ed. note) and managing director Galliani.“

„They believe in my work and also understand that injuries have hindered us a bit. Nevertheless, this does not change the fact that we should have achieved more.“

Only 25,000 fans attended the last three „Milan“ home matches at the „San Siro“ stadium. The next game for the „rossoneri“ will be against „Cesena“ tomorrow.
