“Chelsea” head coach Frank Lampard canceled the team's Christmas party. The London club is currently in third place in the English Premier League and is two points behind the league leaders, Tottenham. Lampard is not satisfied with his team's attitude towards the coronavirus pandemic, so he himself canceled the Christmas party. “I have a huge responsibility for the players. Footballers are an example to others, so it is important to show the right behavior, especially since clubs often play during Christmas. They need to live as a separate society and focus on the game,” said the head coach. Lampard has also shown before that he will take very strict measures to win the English Premier League. The coach has imposed a £500 fine for every minute a Chelsea player is late for a team meeting.
