In the 8th minute, Chelsea took the lead with a goal from Mitchy Batshuayi. Chelsea led until the 89th minute, when Eric Molloy scored the equalizer for Bohemians.
"It was a tough match," acknowledged F. Lampard. "The boys just returned from vacation and had to put in a lot of work. The opponents are already playing their season, so it wasn't easy for us physically. It was a good test."
