Just last week, Frank Lampard, who became the coach of London's Chelsea, has already managed to debut at the helm of the team.
On Wednesday, the UEFA Europa League winners clashed with the local Bohemian club in Dublin. The "Blues", who scored an early goal, eventually released the victory at the very end of the match - 1:1.
In the 8th minute, Chelsea took the lead with a goal from Mitchy Batshuayi. Chelsea led until the 89th minute, when Eric Molloy scored the equalizer for Bohemians.
"It was a tough match," acknowledged F. Lampard. "The boys just returned from vacation and had to put in a lot of work. The opponents are already playing their season, so it wasn't easy for us physically. It was a good test."
