F. Perez does not plan to waste money next summer

The Madrid "Real" club, experiencing a true tragedy in the first half of the season, gains momentum - they are back in the fight for the "La Liga" title, still competing for a place in the King's Cup final, and beginning their journey in the UEFA Champions League knockout stage.

The results of Madrid "Real" at the beginning of the season were so poor that it was even predicted that the team would spend in the January transfer window. However, only one deal was made with Brahim Diaz, who currently has no role in the team.

The improved results convinced club president Florentino Perez, who stated in his latest interview that they will not waste money in the upcoming summer.

"I believe we have the best team in the world and the number of trophies we have only proves that. We are not going to spend just for the sake of spending," Perez insisted.

Asked if fans can expect a new striker in the summer, Perez replied, "Year after year we hear that we need a new number nine, but the reality is that Karim Benzema is the best player in the world in his position."

Since 2015, Real Madrid has not paid more than 45 million euros for a player. Perez's target is the young footballers, one of whom (Vinicius Junior) has already proven his worth in the main team.
