Current president of Madrid's "Real" club, Florentino Perez, will face competition in the upcoming 2020 elections.
Former president of the "White" club, Vicente Boluda, announced that he will participate in the elections for the position of "Real" president.
The 64-year-old businessman, born in Valencia, took over as interim president of "Real" in 2009 when Ramon Calderon stepped down from the position.
He held this position for only five months - the elections held in the summer of 2009 were won by F. Perez, who has been leading the club ever since.
The Spanish media believes that V. Boluda does not have much chance.
