Munich's "Bayern" defender Franck Ribery says he has no intention of giving up his place in the current leader of Borussia Dortmund, Marco Reus.
In recent months, the German has been strongly linked with a move to Bavaria, and according to the press, Ribery should be the one to replace him.
However, the Frenchman has no plans to leave the team.
"Reus is a great player," Ribery told Kicker. "But even though I will soon be 32, I will stay a little longer at Bayern."
"I feel very good and can't wait to continue playing."
"I am still an important player for Bayern. Fans should not write me off just yet."
Reus's contract with BvB will only expire in June 2017, but the buyout clause is only 25 million euros.
