"Napoli" team failed to conclude negotiations with Spanish national team midfielder Fabian Ruiz regarding contract extension.
The Spaniard, who joined the team in the summer of 2018, is attracting interest from European giants, so he is determined to spread his wings from Naples.
AS reports that the player has received interest from teams such as "Barcelona", PSG and "Manchester City", but he prefers Real Madrid.
The latter showed interest in him last summer. Real sees F. Ruiz as an ideal candidate to replace Luka Modrić, whose contract with the club expires after this season.
Zinedine Zidane also does not show great desire to continue working with Dani Ceballos, so it is not excluded that the possibility of acquiring Napoli's midfielder could arise with his sale.
The 23-year-old footballer is valued at no less than 60 million euros."
