"Roma" club icon Francesco Totti mentioned that this season may not be his last.
The forward has spent his entire career in the ranks of "giallorossi", joining the youth team back in 1989.
The 40-year-old veteran has won one "Serie A" title and the World Cup with the Italian national team over more than 20 years.
"Nothing is obvious in football", - Totti told Sky.
"They looked at me as a failure last year, it just often happens in this line of work, especially when things aren't going well. Still, everyone has the freedom to say what they want."
"I believe with my head and body, I can still give a lot to the team, so why should I stop?"
This season, in six Italian league matches, Totti scored two goals and provided two assists. In the UEFA Europa League, his statistics are even better - four assists in three matches.
