The leaders of the England national team are trying to solve an important question.

The "Three Lions" team is looking for a new manager to take over the duties of the departing Gareth Southgate.

As reported by the Guardian, the FA recently took a significant step.

Members of the organization's board participated in a vote that allowed the leaders to negotiate with candidates from abroad.

In the entire history of the England national team, only two specialists from other countries have been hired - Swede Sven-Göran Eriksson and Italian Fabio Capello.
