London captain Cesc Fabregas insists with pleasure that he will remain in the English club.
The 24-year-old footballer has been linked with a return to Barcelona for several years, where he represented at the beginning of his career.
"I am an Arsenal player and I have been very happy for eight years," Fabregas said. "No decisions have been made yet. It does not always depend on the players, so I don't know anything about any negotiations.
"But I am certainly happy where I am. All other speculations are lies."
According to the Spanish media, Arsenal would be willing to sell Fabregas for 40 million euros.
